What kind of comment is it when a police officer says he "misunderstood the law" How do you say that when you go in the back door of the tavern and get an envelope with the money in it. Do ya think everything is on the up and up when you do that??? Most vender's that sell alcohol go in the front door. Why did he not go to the other bars in town and sell to them then? He only made $3.00 a bottle but, he was hurting for money because of a divorce. $3.00 a bottle is going to get you back on track. You know he did have the right to remain silent and I think that would have been the best thing he could have done instead of making comments like he did in the paper and on TV.......
An Evansville police officer who resigned last week is charged with selling liquor without a license after allegedly making and marketing "Apple Pie Ever clear." See the Janesville Gazette for more....

This was the dumbest thing, how stupid is he? He had his kid with him as well when he first was questioned about it, poor kid. What must she think of her dad. This is what someone was talking about , him abusing his position. He knew better, what else did he do.

It was his first post r(and quite lengthy and detailed)and it was later removed. I think he removed it under pressure from the city and/or police department.
